You must be at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction to open a bpaxch account. One account per person, household, and device is strictly enforced.
All bpaxch transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK are subject to minimum and maximum limits outlined herein.
All bpaxch bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable playthrough conditions have been met in full.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bpaxch ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through bpaxch, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, promotions, and financial transaction facilities.
By completing the bpaxch registration process, clicking "I Agree", or by otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them without reservation. Important: bpaxch is strictly a 21+ platform. Any person under 21 years of age is prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any activity on the Platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and return of deposits where legally required.
2.1 To be eligible to open and maintain a bpaxch account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on bpaxch at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be confiscated.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. bpaxch strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP. Any activity conducted through your account using correct credentials will be deemed authorised by you unless you have notified bpaxch Support of a suspected breach in advance.
3.4 You must notify bpaxch immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
4.1 As part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, bpaxch requires all players to complete identity and age verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification may also be triggered at deposit, or at any other point at bpaxch's sole discretion.

4.4 All KYC data is handled in strict accordance with the bpaxch Privacy Policy. Identity documents are never shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
5.1 bpaxch accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted. The following payment channels are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Cash OTC via authorised agents.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. bpaxch reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
5.3 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your bpaxch account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
5.4 bpaxch does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or mobile money operator may apply their own transaction charges, for which bpaxch bears no responsibility.
5.5 Deposits are typically credited to your bpaxch account within minutes. In cases of technical delay, the processing window may extend to 2 business hours. If a deposit is not credited within that window, contact bpaxch Support with your transaction reference number.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and only to an account registered in the verified account holder's name. bpaxch enforces strict same-name withdrawal policies as part of its AML framework.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. bpaxch processes withdrawals to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and major Pakistani banks on a same-day basis for fully verified accounts submitting requests before 8:00 PM PKT. Requests received after this cut-off are processed the following business day.
6.3 Withdrawals are subject to a completed KYC verification (see Section 4). Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is finalised.
6.4 bpaxch reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where the source of funds is unclear, or where suspicious activity has been flagged on the account. This may result in a processing delay of up to 5 business days.
6.5 Any balance generated through bonus funds that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances that have cleared all applicable conditions may be withdrawn.
7.1 bpaxch offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered, in addition to the general provisions of this section.
7.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity window will result in automatic cancellation of the bonus and any derived winnings.
7.3 Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts or identities constitutes bonus abuse and is a breach of these Terms.
7.4 bpaxch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be compensated for bonuses cancelled due to breach of these Terms.
7.5 Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution or may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% or 50%). A full list of game contribution rates is available on the relevant promotion's detail page.
8.1 All casino games available on bpaxch — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and fishing games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics. Game outcomes are determined independently and are not influenced by bpaxch's commercial interests.
8.2 Each game has its own individual rules, paylines, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. These are displayed within the game interface or in the game's information panel. It is the player's responsibility to review game rules before wagering real PKR balances.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including but not limited to server disconnection, display error, or a game engine fault — bpaxch reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager amount to the player's account. No winnings will be paid on rounds that are voided due to technical error.
8.4 Where a palpable error in published odds, displayed prize values, or bonus terms occurs, bpaxch reserves the right to correct the error and void any transactions made under the erroneous conditions. Players will be notified promptly and affected wagers refunded.
9.1 The bpaxch sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, Pakistan national team matches, Test series, T20 internationals, and domestic circuits), football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Markets and odds are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or suspended without notice.
9.2 Settlement Rules: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches). bpaxch's settlement decision is final in the absence of a formal dispute raised within 72 hours of settlement.
9.3 In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted at bpaxch's discretion. Odds for in-play markets are updated in real time and may be suspended during key moments of a match. Any bet accepted before suspension is honoured at the accepted odds.
9.4 In the event that a match is abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or otherwise not completed in accordance with standard rules, all affected single bets will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will be recalculated excluding the void selection.
9.5 Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip. bpaxch reserves the right to limit stakes on any market or for any individual player without providing a reason.
10.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bpaxch platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance held:

11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be permitted to access your account, and bpaxch will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration. 12.3 The bpaxch name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Any unauthorised use of bpaxch's trademarks — including in social media, advertising, or domain names — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpaxch, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
13.2 bpaxch's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
13.3 bpaxch is not liable for any service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, Pakistani network operator issues, natural disasters, acts of government, or cyber attacks.
14.1 bpaxch reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
14.2 Upon termination for cause, bpaxch may confiscate any bonus balance, bonus-derived winnings, and real-money balances where such balance is directly connected to a Terms breach. Real-money deposits not implicated in any breach will be returned to the original payment source after investigation.
14.3 Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting bpaxch Support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests already in process at the time of closure.
15.1 bpaxch reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bpaxch will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via the registered email address on file or through a prominent in-platform notification.
15.2 Your continued use of the bpaxch platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpaxch holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to bpaxch's internal disputes resolution process.
16.2 To raise a formal dispute, players must submit a written complaint to the bpaxch Support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. bpaxch will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 business days.
16.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. Class action claims are expressly waived.
